Introduction

Meri-Sofia is a photographer located in Kuopio, Finland–however she spent most of her childhood and young adulthood in Dallas, TX.       Meri-Sofia's main interests are in portrait and documentary photography, but she is open to a variety of photography projects. Meri-Sofia studied photography at the Helsinki Design School during 2020-2021 under photographers such as Akseli Valmunen, Unto Rautio and Paola Suhonen. In 2023, she completed a mentorship with wedding photographer Laura Karlin.
